Adding Client Partners

You can add client partners.

To add client partners:

  1. On the Administration menu, click Partners, and then click Client Partners.
    The Client Partners tab appears. By default, all client partners are listed.

  2. Click Add Partner.
    The New Client Partner tab appears.

  3. In the Name box, type a name for the new client partner.

  4. In Partner, select a partner.

  5. If the consignee's signature is required, select the Consignee Signature Required check box.

  6. Select one or more Compliancy Codes check boxes for the new client partner.

  7. Click Save.
    A success message appears on the Partner: <partner name> tab showing the default General tab.

Deactivate Client Partners

You can deactivate a client partner.


To deactivate client partners:

  1. In the Partner: <partner name> tab, click Deactivate.
    A success message appears in the information box.

  2. Click Close to close the tab.
