Auto-Generating Shipment Number while Copying Shipments

This topic explains how to auto-generate a shipment number while copying a shipment.

Complete the following steps to auto-generate shipment number while copying shipment:

1. Log in to the ONE system.

2. Search and view the desired shipment by using the global search method.
   The shipment details screen appears.

3. Click the triangle under the Shipment column and then select the Copy Shipment option from the menu.
   
   
   
   
   
   The Copy Shipment pop-up screen appears.

4. Select the Auto-Generate Shipment Number checkbox and click Save.
   
   
   
   A success message appears.

5. Click Close and Refresh to return to the shipment details screen.
