Searching Alert Value

You can search alert values and export the results into a spreadsheet.

To search for alert values:

  1. From the Demand Planning menu, select Alert Computation and then select Search Alert Value.

  2. From the drop-down menu, enter the Alert Name.

  3. Using the Date button

    and the Time button

    select date and time for Computation Date.

  4. Click the magnifying glass icon next to the field to open selection window, and select the Item, Site Group Level, Product Group Level, Event Name, Enterprise and Organisation and click OK.

  5. Enter the site name in the Site field.

  6. Select the checkbox for State as New or Deleted.

  7. Click Search.
    A list of results appears.

  8. To update a value, select the checkbox for the desired value and click Actions -> Update.
    The Update pop-up window appears.

  9. To confirm any changes made, click Submit.
    A success message appears.

  10. To export the data into a spreadsheet, click Export CSV.
