Splitting Lots

Complete the following procedure to split the lot instances:

1. Click the Menu/Favs icon and navigate to Warehouse Mgmt >Location Inventory. The Location Inventory screen appears displaying the Explorer pane.

2. From the Explorer pane, select the required site.
   The Inventory Summary Report appears in the right-hand pane.

3. Select the required lot instance, click Actions, and then select Lot Split.
   
   

   

   
   
   The Lot Split pop-up window appears.

4. In the Split Quantity field, enter the quantity, and click Submit.
   
   
   
   A success message appears. The split quantity records appear in the report.

To cancel the lot split action:

1. Click the Inventory Operations icon for the required lot instance.
   
   

   

   
   
   The Inventory Operations screen appears.

2. Select the required record, click Actions, and click Cancel.
   
   
   
   The Cancel pop-up window appears.

3. In the Cancel Reason Code field, enter or select the reason for cancellation. and click Submit.
   
   

   

   
   
   A success message appears.
