UOMService
UOMService is a platform service for converting an enumeration from one source unit of measure to a target unit of measure. Optionally you can define and provide a Scope which identifies a context within which the UOM service convert values.
Please make sure you have data populated in EnumConverterDef before calling the service, otherwise an exception will be thrown.
