Adding Tracking Events to Multiple Movements

Users can create tracking events for multiple movements. Users can track up to twenty movements per tracking event.

Complete the following steps to create tracking events for multiple movements:

1. L og in to the ONE system.

2. Search the desired shipment using the global search option.
   

   Shipments and movements can also be found through the Transportation > Search Shipments and Transportation > Search Movements menus.

3. Select multiple movements on the search result screen.

4. Click Actions and then click Create Movement Tracking Event.
   
   
   
   The Create Movement Tracking Event popup screen appears.
   
   
   
   

5. Under the Event Type column, select the event type for each movement.
   

   Click the Apply All link to apply a single event type to all movements.

6. Under the Comments column, enter comments for each movement, if required.
   

7. Click Submit.
   A success message appears.
