Inspecting Stages

The quality manager defines compliance for stages in the Warehouse Management System.

Complete the following steps to create stage compliance:

1. Log in to the ONE system.

2. Click the Menus/Favs icon and navigate to Compliance > Inspection > Stages.
   The Stages screen appears with a list of records.

3. Click Create to create new stage compliance.

4. In the Name field, enter the name of the compliance.

5. In the Description field, enter the description of the compliance.

6. Select the Active checkbox to keep compliance in the active state.

7. Select the desired value for the Stage Activator field by clicking the plus icon and then click the Add link.
   The record appears in the table.

   Info

   Users can select multiple values for the Stage Activator field.

   

8. Click Create to save the record.
   A success message appears.
