Lots

You can create, view, and edit lots in the system.

Complete the following steps to view and create lots:

1. Click the Menus/Favs icon and navigate to Warehouse Mgmt>Reports>Lots. The Lots screen appears.
   

   

   
   
   

2. To view the details of a lot, select the Lot Number link. To view details about an item in a lot, select the Item link.
   
   

   

   
   
   

3. To create a lot, click the New Lot button at the bottom of the page. The New Lot page appears.

4. Enter values for Lot Number and Lot Owner, and select an item to associate to the lot using the picker.

5. Some items are perishable, and this can be implemented in the system. Select a Best Buy Date and Expiry Date.

6. Optionally, select values for Mfg Batch Qty, Manufacture Date, and Mfg Org.

7. Click the Create button.
   A success message appears.
