Singleton Report

You can view a report on singletons in the system.

Complete the following steps to view the report:

1. Click the Menus/Favs icon and navigate to Reports>Singleton>Singletons. The Singletons screen appears.

2. Enter values for any filter you wish to use, such as Item, Current Site, or Work Order, and click the Search link.
   A list of results appears.
   
   

   

   
   
   

3. To view singleton information, click the link under the Serial No column.
   Singleton information appears on a new tab.
   
   

   

   
   
   

4. You can make any necessary changes to the singleton, and save changes by clicking the Update button at the bottom of the page.
   A success message appears.
