Updating Shipment Milestone Processes

You can update existing Milestone Processes as needed.

To update a milestone process:

1. From the Transportation menu, select Shipment Milestones, then select Milestone Processes.
   The Milestone Processes tab appears.
   
   

   

   
   
   

2. Click on a Customer name to view the list of Milestone Processes.
   
   

   

   
   
   

3. Click the name link of the milestone you want to update.
   The tab for the selected milestone appears.

4. Update the Description and Is International fields as desired.

5. Click Update.
   A success message appears.
