Working with Financial Policies
In the Logistics system, users can define financial policies for an organization. Users can edit or delete existing financial policies.
Complete the following steps to view or edit financial policies:
Click Menus/Favs > Financials > Financial Policies.
The Financial Policies screen appears. The left pane contains the list of Organizations and their Admin Sites. The right pane displays the site details.Click the required site name.
The right pane displays the details of the admin site.
Select the checkbox for the row to be updated.
Update the information as required, click the Actions button, and then click the Update button.
A success message appears.Click Export to CSV button to export the list into a spreadsheet.
Complete the following steps to create a financial policy:
From the Financials menu, select Financial Policies.
The Financial Policies screen appears.
Click the New Financial Policy link.
The Financial Policies screen appears.
Fields with an asterisk ( * ) are required.
The * Organization field is auto populated.Select the values for the * Site Name and Admin Site fields using the picker tool.
In the Group Name field, enter the group name.
Enter the effective dates using the calendar tool in the Effective Dates field.
Click Create to save the financial policy.
A success message appears.
