Searching Financial Entities

Complete the following steps to search financial entities:

1. From the Financials menu, select Search Financial Entity.
   The Search Financial Entity screen appears.
   

   

2. Select the Enterprise using the picker tool.

3. In the Name field, enter the name of the entity.

4. Select the Show Inactivated option to view the inactivated entities in the search result.

5. Click the Search link.
   The search results screen appears.

6. Click the Export to CSV button to export the search results in the CSV file.

7. Click the Download button to download the search data in the CSV file. A user can edit the CSV file.

8. Click the Upload button to upload the updated CSV file.

9. Click the New Entity button to create a new financial entity.

10. Click the Update button to update the particular entry.
