Extending Bid Time in Market Maker

The Market Maker Map screen allows users to perform a number of actions on bids and view a map. Customers can extend the bidding times following these steps described below.

Complete the following steps to extend bidding times using the Market Maker map as a customer user:

1. L og in to the ONE system.

2. Click Menus/Favs > Transportation > Market Maker. In the NEO UI, users can click on the Menus/Favs icon on the left sidebar and type in the name of the screen in the menu search bar. For more information, see "Using the Menu Search Bar."

3. Click the blue triangle for a single movement and select the Extend Bidding Time option, or click the checkbox for multiple movements, and click Actions > Extend Bidding Time.
   The Extend Bidding Time popup appears.
   
   
   
   

4. Use the calendar and clock tools to select a date and time for the Bidding End Time field.

5. Enter a numerical value in the first field under the Bid Amount column, and select a currency country code from the dropdown list.

6. Click in the cell under * Enable Open Auction, and check the box to set the value to Yes. Fields with an asterisk ( * ) are required.

7. Click the Submit button.
   A green success message displays and the screen refreshes to reflect the new information.
