Failure Rate By Reason Code By Delivery

Complete the following steps to search failure rates by reason code by delivery:

  1. Log in to the ONE system.

  2. Click Menu/Favs > Warehouse Mgmt > Quality and Compliance > Analytics > Failure Rate By Reason Code By Delivery.
    The Failure Rate By Reason Code By Delivery screen appears with the filters visible.

  3. Select the Workflow Type and Viewed as from the drop-down lists.

  4. Select the Report Date with the date and time button.

  5. Click the Add Filter link to add more filters.

  6. Click Search.
    The search result appears.

  7. Click the Export to CSV button to export the report to a CSV file.
