DM Child

You can optionally add new DMGroup definitions in the injection.

To do so, define a new DMChild element in the injection file.

The parent DataMeasure can come from the lower level TLV or from this injection file. The child DataMeasure must be from this injection file.

If a parent is not already a DMGroup then it will be converted to a DMGroup automatically, with the specified child added under the group.
