EdiMessageQueue state for Dynamic EdiMessageTransforms

If a transform fails for any reason, the EDI transaction will be placed in the 'Transform Failed' state in the EdiMessageQueue report.

If the transform is applied successfully, and if there is a failure in some later part of EDI processing or delivery, then the EdiMessageQueue record will have state as 'Failed' or 'Business Error' depending on where the failure is from.
