JS Plugin Framework

It's possible to add one or more JavaScript plugins to a TLV. It's defined just like you would in a Report, with the plugin name specified in the TLV XML and the plugin defined in the JS for your module. A JS plugin can be used to hook into TLV events and add functionality, such as context menus.
