Viewing Transportation Profitability

Users have the ability to compare client and carrier ratings and invoices that are attributed to each shipment processed in the system.

Four new columns are presented on several screens:

• Client Partner Name - Displays the client partner name

• Carrier Partner Name - Displays the carrier partner name

• Margin Amount - Displays the difference between Operating Price and Operating Cost

• Invoice Margin Amount - Displays the difference between Client Invoice Amount and the Carrier Invoice Amount
  
  

Complete the following steps to view the new profitability data.

1. Log into the ONE system.

2. Click on any of the following menu options:

   1. Menu/Favs > Transportation > Awaiting

   2. Menu/Favs > Transportation > Confirmed

   3. Menu/Favs > Transportation > Pick Ready

   4. Menu/Favs > Transportatio > Intransit

   5. Menu/Favs > Transportatio > Delivery Ready

   6. Menu/Favs > Transportatio > Delivered
      
      The selected screen displays and the new fields are displayed for shipments.
