Accepting/Rejecting Tender Costs through Email

Users can approve tender costs through the link provided in the notification email.

Prerequisite

Users must subscribe to the Approval Requested alert subscription.

Complete the following steps to accept or reject a tender cost through email:

  1. Log in to the email application.

  2. Open and view the movement tendered email notification from the ONE system.

  3. Click the first Click here link to accept the tender or the second Click here link to reject the tender.
    A success message appears.
