Canceling Booking Requests

This topic describes how to cancel an existing booking request.

Complete the following steps to cancel a booking request:

  1. Log in to the ONE system.

  2. Select Menus/Favs > Transportation > Bookings.
    The Booking screen appears with a list of existing bookings.

  3. Select the booking to cancel by selecting the checkbox, and click the Actions button and click the Cancel Ocean Booking Request option.

    The Cancel Booking Request dialog window appears.

  4. In the BOL No field, enter the BOL (bill of lading) number.

  5. Click Submit.

    A success message appears.

  6. Click Close and Refresh to return to the Bookings screen.
