Checking Order Upload Status

Users can check the status of uploaded order files in the One Network system.

Complete the following steps to check the status:

  1. Log in to the ONE system.

  2. Click Menus/Favs > Order Mgmt > Upload > Upload Status.
    The Upload Status screen opens.

  3. Click the calendar and clock icons to select the date range the Uploaded Date field.

  4. Click Search to begin the search.
    The list of dates matching the search criteria is displayed.

  5. To export to a spreadsheet, click Export to CSV.
