Creating Promise Zones

Complete the following steps to create promise zones:

1. L og in to the ONE system.

2. Click Menus/Favs > Administration > Promise Zone > Search Promise Zone.
   The Search Promise Zone screen opens.
   
   
   
   

3. Click the Create Promise Zone button.
   The New Promise Zone screen opens.
   
   
   
   

4. Fill out the following fields. Fields with an asterisk ( * ) are required.

   Field	Description
   * Name	Enter a name.
   * Enterprise	Select an enterprise using the picker tool.
   * Organization	Select an organization using the picker tool.
   Active?	Select this checkbox if the promise zone is active.

5. Click the Add link to add Rank and Site.

6. Enter a Rank and select a Site using the picker tool.

7. Click Create.
   A success message appears.
