Distribution Center Projected Inventory View (DC PIV)

Users can view the Distribution Center (DC) Projected Inventory (PIV) report in the ONE system. The DC PIV is available for Buyer, Vendor, and Orchestrator roles.

Complete the following steps to view the Distribution Center Projected Inventory (DC PIV) report:

  1. L og in to the ONE system.

  2. Click Menus/Favs > Inventory > DC PIV.
    In the NEO UI, users can click on the Menus/Favs icon on the left sidebar and type in the name of the screen in the menu search bar. For more information, see "Using the Menu Search Bar."
    The DC PIV filters screen displays.

  3. Fill out the following fields. Fields with an asterisk ( * ) are required. (If the desired filter is not visible, click the +Add Filter link to add additional filters.)

    Field

    Description

    Buyer

    Select a buyer using the picker tool.

    Site

    Select a site using the picker tool. U sers can select multiple sites with different time zones.

    Item

    Select an item using the picker tool.

    Planner Code

    Select a planner code using the picker tool.

    Disable My Preferences

    The default is No. Select Yes to disable user preferences.

    * Timeline

    Click the calendar icon and select the Bucketization from the dropdown menu, and select the date range in the Date Range field

    Product Group Level

    Select a product group level using the picker tool.

    Site Group Level

    Select a site group level using the picker tool.

    Vendor

    Select a vendor using the picker tool.

    Location

    Select a location using the picker tool.

    Program

    Select a program using the picker tool.

    Variation

    Select a variation as Inbound Supply, Deployment, Deployment & Inbound Supply, Production, or None from the dropdown menu.

    PIV Buffer Level

    Select a projected inventory buffer level from the dropdown list. Options are Site, Location, Location And Program, Program, Run Replenishment, Site And Item Group, Site Group And Item, Site Group, And Item Group, or None.

    Show Rebalancing Deployment Orders Separately

    Select the checkbox to show rebalancing deployment orders separately on the TLV.

    Flashback Time

    Click the calendar or clock icons to view the transactions and projected on-hand quantities for dates in the past.

  4. Click the Search link.
    The DC PIV shows the projected inventory data measures for the selected search criteria. See the "DC PIV Data Measures" section of the Online Help for information about each data measure.

  5. Click a number link under any date column to view details for that data measure. See the "DC PIV Data Measures" section of the Online Help for information about each data measure.
    Detailed information for the selected data measure displays.

  6. Hover the mouse over the i (information) icon for information about a specific item.
    A popup displays the information for that item.

  7. In the Last Replenishment Run Date field in the information popup, click the Run link to run the replenishment engine for that item.
    The value in the last Replenishment Run Date field updates to Completed, Refresh.

  8. Click the Refresh link to update the DC PIV.

  9. Click the Export to Excel button to export the PIV into a spreadsheet.

  10. Click the Customize button to customize the PIV for different customization levels as: For My Enterprise, For My Organization, or For Me.
