Searching Asset Attribute Configurations

This section helps users to configure and update attribute information for that asset type. By enabling the Asset Attribute Configuration, the Attribute Name and Attribute Unit of Measurement are made available under the Attributes tab when creating an Asset.

Complete the following steps to search for asset attribute configurations:

  1. L og in to the ONE system.

  2. Click Menus/Favs > Asset Management > Search Asset Attribute Configuration.
    In the NEO UI, users can click on the Menus/Favs icon on the left sidebar and type in the name of the screen in the menu search bar. For more information, see "Using the Menu Search Bar."

  3. Click the Filters (edit) link to apply search criteria to reduce the number of entries shown.
    The Filters menu displays.

  4. Fill out the filters as desired, and click the Search link.The search results display.

  5. Click the Export to CSV button to export the report to a CSV file.

  6. Click the Download button to download the report for updating records.

  7. Click the Upload button to upload the updated Search Asset Attribute Configuration CSV file.
