Searching Program Items

You can search program items in the system. Afterward, you can edit the details of an organization, export the search results to a spreadsheet, download a CSV file, or upload a CSV file.

Complete the following steps to search program items:

  1. L og in to the ONE system.

  2. Click Menus/Favs > Administration > Program > Search Program Items.
    The Search Program Items screen opens.

  3. Click the Export to CSV button to export the report to a CSV file.

  4. Click the Download button to download a file to your computer.

  5. Click the Upload button to upload a file to the ONE system for batch uploads. Please see the "Uploading Files" section in the Online Help for more information.

  6. Click the New Program Item button to create new program items. See the "Creating Program Items" section for more information.

  7. Select one or more rows and click Actions > Delete to delete program items.
