Viewing Invoice Holds

You can view invoice holds by hold number, state, invoice number, invoice line number, reason code, and assigned by.

Complete the following steps to view invoice holds:

  1. Log in to the system as a Transportation Manager role.

  2. Click on Financials > Receivables > Invoice Holds.

    The included page could not be found.


    The Invoice Holds tab appears. As required, scroll to the right to view all columns.

  3. To view details of the hold, click a Hold Number link. The <hold number> tab appears.

  4. To view details about an invoice, click an Invoice link. The <invoice number> tab appears.

  5. To submit a resolution for an invoice hold, click the Submit Hold Resolution button in the Status column.
    The Submit Resolution dialog box appears.

  6. In Note, type a brief note about the hold resolution.

  7. Click Submit. The selected invoice hold is submitted and removed from the Invoice Holds tab.

  8. To close an invoice hold, click the Close Hold button in the Status column.
    The Close Hold dialog box appears.

  9. In Note, type a brief note explaining the closing of the hold.

  10. Click Submit. The selected invoice hold is closed and removed from the Invoice Holds tab.
