Viewing the Last Tracking Event Time and Last Milestone Event Completion Time on the Movement Shipment Report

Users with the Transportation Manager role, Client Transportation Manager role, and CCMATransMgr role can view the following columns on the Movement Shipment Report.

Shipment Last Tracking/Event Date - The client and shipper users can view the last tracking event on shipment and its date.
Last Milestone Type/Completion Date - The shipper users can view the last milestone completed on shipment and its completion date.
Shipment Last Tracking and Last Tracking Event Date- The shipper can view the event/date of the last tracking shipment on the CCMA version of the report.
Shipment Last Milestone Type and Last Milestone Completed Date- The shipper can view the last milestone completed on shipment and its completion date on the CCMA version of the report.

The below procedure describes the functionality with the Client Transportation Manager role login. A similar procedure is followed for other roles.

Complete the following steps to view the Last Tracking Event Time and Last Milestone Event Completion Time :

Log in to the ONE system.
Click the search icon on the sidebar.
The Search side panel displays.
Select Shipments- by Shipment No from the Search By dropdown list.
Enter the Shipment number in the search field.
Click Search Options and in the Retrieve For dropdown list, select a time range.
Click Search to view the report.
The Movement Shipment Report displays, and the Shipment Last Tracking/Event Date column is visible for the shipment.
