Additional DM

You can optionally add new data measure definitions in the injection. Please note, you cannot manipulate data measures from the original TLV through injection - you can only add your own. Your new Data Measures may refer to existing SqlDefs from the lower levels, or SqlDefs you have added in this tlvInject file.
