Filter Additions

You can optionally add new filter definitions in the injection. Please note, you cannot manipulate filter fields from the original TLV through injection - you can only add your own. Please note also that FilterAdditions are useful only if newly added DM's SqlDef SELECT reference them. The SqlDefs of lower level modules will not be aware of your new filters.
