DM Hiding

When the TLV is in customization mode, the user can hide the existing data measures by clicking the hide icon. Hidden data measures will not be visible when not in customization mode.

When hiding a parent data measure, all its children will be hidden and the visibility of the children cannot be changed. Children can be explicitly hidden/shown if the parent data measure is visible.
