Appointment Requests

The system will auto-resolve appointment requests. When an appointment is auto-resolved, the reason (an update or a status change, for example) is recorded in the shipment history. Appointments are auto-resolved if:

  • The appointment is confirmed by means other than an appointment request approval.

  • The user performs the Ready For Pickup or Pickup action on the shipment.

  • The user performs the Ready For Delivery or Delivered action on the shipment.
