Appointment Requests
The system will auto-resolve appointment requests. When an appointment is auto-resolved, the reason (an update or a status change, for example) is recorded in the shipment history. Appointments are auto-resolved if:
The appointment is confirmed by means other than an appointment request approval.
The user performs the Ready For Pickup or Pickup action on the shipment.
The user performs the Ready For Delivery or Delivered action on the shipment.
