Creating Assembly Line Groups

Not all users and roles have access to this particular feature.

Complete the following steps to create an assembly line group:

1. Log in to the ONE system.

2. Click Menus/Favs > Manufacturing Policies > Create Assembly Line Group.
   The Create Assembly Line Group screen opens.
   
   

   

   
   
   

3. Fill out the following fields. Fields with an asterisk ( * ) are required.

   Field	Description
   *Name	Enter a name for the assembly line group.
   Description	Enter a description for the group.
   *Site	Use the picker tool icon to select a site.
   *MFG Freeze Period Days	Enter the manufacturing freeze period in number of days.
   *MFG Planning Period Days	Enter the manufacturing planning period in number of days.
   *Production Capacity UOM	Select the production capacity unit of measure (UOM) from the dropdown menu.
   *Demand Forecast Type	Select the demand forecast type from the dropdown menu.
   Active	Click the checkbox to make the group as active.
   Minimum Utilization Percent	Enter the maximum utilization percentage for the group.
   Maximum Utilization Percent	Enter the maximum utilization percentage for the group.
   Efficiency	Enter the efficiency value in the field.

4. Click the Create button.
   A success message appears.
