Creating New My Vendor Preferences

Complete the following steps to create a new My Vendor Preference:

  1. L og in to the ONE system.

  2. Click Menus/Favs > Tools > My Preferences > New My Vendor Preferences .
    The New My Vendor Preferences screen appears.

  3. In the * Name field, enter a name for the preference.

  4. If the preference is active, select the Active checkbox.

  5. In the Members field, use the picker tool to select a vendor master.

  6. Click Save.
    The new preference is saved, and a success message appears.
