Creating Pick Lists
This topic describes how to create pick lists.
Complete the following steps to create pick lists:
L og in to the ONE system.
Click Menus/Favs > Warehouse Mgmt > Pick Lists.
In the NEO UI, users can click on the Menus/Favs icon on the left sidebar and type in the name of the screen in the menu search bar. For more information, see "Using the Menu Search Bar."
The Pick List screen appears, displaying the Explorer pane on the left.In the Explorer pane, select the site where the pick list will be created. Click the Filters (edit) link to locate the site if necessary.
The Pick Lists Report for the site displays in the pane to the right.Click the Create Pick List button.
The Create Pick List screen appears with one line already added.Enter values for fields described in the table below. Fields with an asterisk ( * ) are required.
Field
Description
* Pick List No
This field is automatically populated when you create a new pick list. If you would like to generate a new number, click the Generate a Pick List Number icon to the right of the Pick List No field.
Pick List Date
This field is automatically populated with the current date and time. You can change the field as necessary. Enter a new date for the receipt using the calendar icon to select the replacement date and time.
Packing Location
Use the picker tool to select a packing location.
Packing Sublocation
Enter the packing sublocation.
Posting Date
Select a posting date using the calendar icon.
Picking Type
Select a picking type from the dropdown menu.
Default Inventory Status
Select a default inventory status from the dropdown menu.
Pick Lines Tab
Click the Add Line or Add Serialized Line link if you require more lines on the pick list.
You can add more information to fields marked with a pencil. The fields marked with a pencil icon are editable.
Click the Batch Picking link, and enter the required information in the fields.
Click the New LPN link to add an LPN.
Click Create Pick List.
A success message appears.
