Location Filter for Shipment Event Alert Subscriptions

Users with the Transportation Manager role can create subscription alerts for location tracking based on shipment events. This is useful for tracking when a shipment departs from and arrives at a location.

Complete the following steps to apply the location filter for shipment event alert subscriptions:

1. Log in to the system with the Transportation Manager credentials.

2. Click Menus/Favs > Tools > Alert Subscriptions.
   The Alert Subscriptions screen displays.

3. On the Alert Subscriptions screen, click the New Subscription button.
   The New Subscription screen displays.
   
   
   
   

4. In the * Subscription Name field, enter the name of the new subscription alert. Fields with a ( * ) are required.

5. In the * Category dropdown list, select Shipment.

6. In the * Alert Type dropdown list, select Shipment Event Alert.

7. In the Alert Filters section, enter addresses for From Location and To Location:
   
   
   
   

8. Fill in the remaining fields and filters as desired. See the "Creating and Customizing Alert Subscriptions" section in the Online Help for further information.

9. Click Create Subscription.
