Picking Up Shipments

This section describes how to move a shipment from the Confirmed or Pick Ready states to the Intransit state, thereby marking the shipment as picked up.

Complete the following steps to transition a confirmed shipment to an intransit shipment:

1. L og in to the ONE system.

2. Select Menu/Favs > Transportation > Confirmed .
   

   Users can also perform this workflow for shipments in the Pick Ready state by selecting Menu/Favs > Transportation > Pick Ready .

   The Confirmed screen appears.
   
   
   
   

3. Click a Shipment link.
   The shipment details screen appears.
   
   
   
   

4. Click Actions > Pickup.
   The Pickup popup appears.
   
   
   
   

5. Enter an Actual Pickup Date using the date and time icons.

6. Click the Pickup button.
   A success message appears.

7. Click the Close and Refresh button.
   The shipment details screen updates and the shipment State changes to In-Transit.
