Viewing an Itinerary for a Shipment

Users can view existing itineraries applied to shipments from the Search Shipments screen in the UI.


Complete the following instructions to view a shipment's itinerary:

  1. L og in to the ONE system.

  2. Select Menu/Favs > Transportation > Search Shipments.
    In the NEO UI, users can click on the Menus/Favs icon on the left sidebar and type in the name of the screen in the menu search bar. For more information, see "Using the Menu Search Bar."

  3. Find a shipment in the Awaiting state using the process described in the "Searching Shipments" section in the Online Help.

  4. Click the More... link under the Links column, and select Itinerary.
    The Itinerary screen for that shipment displays with the shipment legs associated with that itinerary. Many of the same functions from the Search Shipments screen found in action buttons, the Actions menu, and the contextual menu are offered on this screen.
