Header Report

HeaderReport is used to define a set of name/value pairs which are shown at the top of a TimelineView. The developer can define an inline HeaderReport or reference another report using HeaderReportRef. In either case, the report is assumed to use some subset of the filters given to the TLV and return a single row. The single row will be shown in the header area as name/value pairs.
