Forecast Book

The Forecast Book allows you to compare a forecast generated by the ONE system with historical data. It is designed to allow you to visualize easily when a forecast deviates from a historical trend. The Timeline View (TLV) provides detailed information about forecasts and actual data for particular items at the national, DC, or store level, displayed over time. Forecasts can be viewed using three different bucketization policies: daily, weekly and monthly. Additional data measures include previous year sales for the same period, statistical forecasts breakdown by component (baseline, promotional, seasonal), causal effects, CFM-placed adjustments and user-defined final forecast overrides.
