Item Ordering Info Tab

Users can add or update ordering information for items in the Item Master. The following instructions assume that users are already working with a new or existing item.

Complete the following steps to add or update ordering information:

1. Click the Ordering Info tab.
   The Ordering Info tab displays.
   
   

   

   
   
   

2. Enter values for fields described in the table below. Fields with an asterisk ( * ) are required.

   Field	Description
   Ordering UOM	Select the ordering unit of measure from the dropdown list.
   Stocking UOM	Select the ordering unit of measure from the dropdown list.
   Ordering to Stocking Conversion Factor	Enter a numerical value for the conversion factor of ordering to stocking.
   Spaces	Enter a numerical value for the spaces related to ordering.
   Order Mgmt Org	Enter or use the picker tool to select the order management organization.
   Order UOM	Select the ordering unit of measure from the dropdown list.
