About Sales Contracts

Sales contracts are similar to regular contracts, but they are created by a vendor instead of a buyer. Sales contracts have one header, one or more contract terms, and one or more contract line items. As with all contracts, sales contracts are negotiated outside of the One Network system; the terms of those contracts can then be added to the one network system.

Users can perform a variety of contract management-related functions including adding new contracts, searching for existing contracts, viewing contract state summaries, viewing contract line reports, bulk- uploading contract price updates, viewing payment terms reports, viewing purchase price variances, and viewing a request for quotation (RFQ).
