Searching ASN Holds

You can easily locate and view ASNs that are in a hold state by using the Search Shipment feature.

Complete the following steps to locate On Hold ASNs:

1. L og in to the ONE system.

2. Click Menus/Favs > Transportation > Search Shipments.
   In the NEO UI, users can click on the Menus/Favs icon on the left sidebar and type in the name of the screen in the menu search bar. For more information, see "Using the Menu Search Bar."
   The Search Shipments screen displays.

3. Select the On Hold checkbox in the State field.

4. Enter any other desired filtering information in the additional filter fields.

5. Click Search.
   The search results display.
