Searching Sales Orders
Users can search for sales orders as needed and export the results to a spreadsheet, print, update, promise, approve, cancel, and clone orders.
Complete the following steps to search for sales orders:
L og in to the ONE system.
Click Menus/Favs > Order Mgmt > Sales Order > Search SOs.
In the NEO UI, users can click on the Menus/Favs icon on the left sidebar and type in the name of the screen in the menu search bar. For more information, see "Using the Menu Search Bar."
The Search SOs screen opens with the filter fields displayed.
Fill out the following fields. Fields with an asterisk ( * ) are required.
Field
Description
State
These checkboxes allow you to filter search results by the current order state. Select one or more options to include only those options selected. To include all order states in the search results, click the Select All checkbox.
Vendor
Filter the search to display only orders which are associated with the specified vendor.
Outbound
Select this option to include outbound orders in the search results.
To Site
Enter a ship-to site to only display orders which are shipped to the specified site.
Delivery Date
Filter the search results by the delivery date.
Creation Date
Filter the search results by creation date.
Customer
Enter a customer in this field to search for all sales orders for the specified customer.
Order Number
Filter the search results by the specified order number.
Retrieve For
Select a number of days to retrieve from the dropdown menu. The available options are Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 4 Months, Last 6 Months, and Last Year.
Inbound
If selected, the search only includes inbound sales orders.
Item
Use this field to filter using a specific item.
Ship Date
Filter the search results by ship date.
Line Type
Select a line type from the dropdown menu.
Click Search.
The filtered search results are displayed.In the second column, click the Tracking Events and Milestones icon to view the tracking events and milestones related to the purchase orders.
The Tracking Events and Milestones popup window appears.In the second column, click the Audit Info icon to view the audit details related to the purchase order.
The Audit Info details appear in a new tab.Click an Order link.
The order details screen displays.
Update any fields as necessary.
Click Save.
A success message appears.Click the Export to CSV button to export the report to a CSV file.
Click the Print button to print the list into a PDF format.
In the first column, click the checkbox to select an order and click the Actions button to perform the desired actions for the selected order.
Click the order number link to view the order details.
The order details screen appears.
