Contract Management

One Network's Transportation Management System (TMS) can model contracts and the terms of those contracts. Users can add contract information to the system and manage contract information already in the system. Contract negotiation occurs outside of the One Network system, but many workflows and configurations of TMS depend on the configuration of contracts within the system. With a few exceptions, all contracts can be created, viewed (searched for), updated and deleted dependent on a user's role type and permission levels. The viewing (searching) and deleting processes are the same for all contracts and are not described for each contract type. The creating and updating differ for each type of contract.
