A contract between a carrier and client can be defined using the following attributes: carrier name, contract name, effective dates (begin and end dates), tariffs, base rates, and accessorials. You can also create global carrier contracts, which contain the tax rates applied to all carrier partners. You can create new carrier contracts or view a list of carrier contracts sorted by contract name, carrier, and equipment type. Search results can be exported to a spreadsheet.
